The Smyths played at the Factory Theater on Saturday night to a sold out crowd. The Symths dazzled the fans with two sets and hours of music. Everyone was dancing and flowers were flying through the air in a magical set that you could only imagine.

During the first set the Symths kicked off their set with "Hand in Glove" the fans were singing and dancing from the word go. The set contained with the hits you know and love including "Queen Is Dead, Never had no one ever, The Boy With The Thorn In His Side, Big Mouth Strikes Again, Vicar in a Tutu and Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now" among many of their other songs. The last song of the set was "Barbarism Begins at Home". Then the Smyths said ok, that is our set, for the first half. We are going to take a fifteen break and come back for another set.

For the second set The Symths played their greatest hits for everyone to enjoy. As the fans all walked up to the front of the venue they were excited to rock out with The Smyths you. The Smyths kicked off the set with "The Headmaster Ritual" and they played their hits "Shoplifters of the World Unite, Shakespeare's Sister, Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before, Started Something I Couldn't Finish" among many other hits. The Smyths started playing "What Difference Does It Make"

The Smyths finished off the set with "Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want and How Soon Is Now?". The Symths put on a perfect show and recreated an experience of one of the most important bands to emerge from the British independent music scene of the 1980s. It was a fantastic show and I reccomend you watch the Smyths before they leave our shores.
