THE NARRATOR

TM - Hi this is Amelia and Elizabeth from Twinmusix and we are here with THE NARRATOR, thank you for having this interview with us today we appreciate it.

TN - Thank you.

TM - What can fans expect from your new album "Phosphor"?

TN - Fans can expect an album different from our last album with many different phases, Sounds and lyrical themed steak and expect a very solid Metalcore record.

TM - Can you tell us more about the lyrical theme?

TN - Our second album is like the outer vision like global conflict and focuses on the global inequality and problems that people have all over the world.

TM - What was your writing and recording process for "Phosphor"?

TN - It didn't take long because we gave ourselves a pretty tight schedule to release this album. We only had 8 or 9 months to produce and record the album. We did a lot of work in a short amount of time. It was tough work and a bit challenging but it was worth it.

TM - Do you have any up coming shows?

TN - We have our upcoming headlining shows through Europe. We are playing about 17 shows and tickets are going well, but there are still some left.

TM - How did you come up with your Album cover for "Phosphor" and what is the meaning?

TN - We are talking about darkness all over the world and the conflict that is happening and the people's pain in the album cover. There is also some light and hope that we have to give and that is the visual in this artwork.

TM - If you could have any band play one of your songs what band would it be, what song would it be and would it be in your style or their style?

TN - I would love to hear Post Malone do a song in his style, maybe in the style of his country stuff that he has released in the last few years. I would like to hear him doing our song "Aurora".

TM - Who was the first band or Artist you saw live and can you tell us a story?

TN - I was with my parents and I saw a German Heritage band called "Die Toten Hosen" which means The Dead Pants in English. They were a punk rock band, and my parents took me when I was seven years old. I think they played around a 15,000 person venue.

TM - What's your favourite memory with your fans?

TN - We had our first ever headline to a in the UK a few weeks ago and we put up a question on Instagram of who wants to hang out with us on our day off in London. We started texting them and three of them said yeah I am up to hang out with you so we went to the pub with them and the festival with them the day before we played and they were really cool people. It wasn't about them coming to our show and buying our merch it was just about saying nice to meet you and hang out with you.

TM - What is your dream festival to play?

TN - Rock And Ring in Germany because I have been watching it since I was a kid and that is something that I would love to play one day.

TM - What is your favourite show you have played?

TN - I would like to mention two shows. One of these shows that we play is in our hometown, it is in a five hundred person venue and for the last few years we have been selling it out. There is a lot of family and friends from your hometown and it is nice and intimate because you know half the room. It is nice to play just before Christmas.

The other festival I enjoyed playing was Summer Breeze, we played on the campsite stage last year and we didn't know what to expect and we ended up with 3000 people standing in front of our stage watching our show and it was really cool. The crowd was going crazy it was the first day of the festival.

TM - Is there anything else you want to say to your fans?

TN - To our Australian fans we would love to come to Australia one day. We see you writing on our comments and listening to our music on Spotify and apple music so we would love to come over and explore that part of the world.

TM - Thank you for having this interview with us today we appreciate it.

TN - Thank you.
