TM - Hi, this is Amelia and Elizabeth from Twinmusix and we are here with Punk Rock Factory thank you for having this interview with us today we appreciate it.
PRF - Thank you.
TM - What can fans expect from your Australian tour?
PRF - Fans can expect utter nonsense and sing alongs. Our shows are full of songs that everyone knows and that everyone can sing along to. We talk absolute rubbish most of the time and we like to think our shows are sixty percent music and fourty percent having a laugh. We like to make sure everyone is involved. It is like playing in a room with your mates and having a good time. We laugh with each other rather than a room full of people watching us.
PRF - That is a bold statement you might go to your favourite band or a mate's favourite band and know all the hits but with us you might know every single song. You might know all the words and you don't even realise you do. You might sing along, so it's a unique experience.
TM - What's your favourite song to play live?
PRF - "Friend Like Me", that's a great one.
TM - What can fans expect from your setlist?
PRF - At the moment there is quite a bit of Disney in our setlist, there is "Frozen, Aladdin and Moana". There's a bit of "Will Smith" thrown in there and some TV Shows thrown in.
TM - What's your favourite memory with your fans?
PRF - We have had two marriage proposals. One was mid-set, and I jumped in the crowd and formed a circle and they did it in the middle. The other one we had was in a VIP meet and greet before the show, so stuff like that is sweet and I love that.
TM - Who was the first band or Artist you saw live and can you tell us a story?
PRF - My first band I saw live was either "The Offspring" or "The Vandals" but I'm pretty sure it was The Offspring.
PRF - My First Show was Radiohead and I cried the whole time.
TM - If you could have any band play one of your songs what band would it be what song and would it be in your style or their style?
PRF - We have our new Christmas album "The Fright Before Christmas" coming out and we haven't told anyone yet but one of our Christmas songs might be one that no one has ever heard before that's an exclusive.
TM - Is that the song you will get someone else to sing.
PRF - Taylor Swift can do it.
TM - What can fans expect from "The Fright Before Christmas" your Christmas Album?
PRF - Christmas Songs, I have been an advocate for doing Christmas songs for years and years. I pushed and finally got my way. I love Christmas, it is the best time of the year and I love Christmas songs. I am very happy with these songs that we have done and they sound banging it has Christmas vibes so you can put it on in the Festive season and be in the mood. It plays into the season quite well.
TM - Is there anything else you want to say to your fans?
PRF - We are flying with China Southern and we are going to get drunk on the plane, see you in Australia.
