Three heavy Death Metal bands hit the Manning Bar last night; Black Lava, Psycroptic, and Obituary.

Black Lava was the first to take the stage, as they played they delivered driving guitar rhythms and massive vocals. The heavy drums and loud bass captured the audience's attention and everyone's metal horns were flying high. This epic set was one to be reckoned with and everyone was pumped for the next band to hit the stage.

Next up was the one and only Psycroptic, as they walked onto this stage the crowd cheered and they opened up with some headbangers. First up was Cold, We Were the Keepers and Rend Asunder as they played these songs the mosh pit was rocking out to machine gun guitars and heavy vocals and bending riffs.

As Psycroptic kept playing Euphorinasia, A Fool's Errand and Frozen Gaze the insane drum beats and the bass guitar riffs flew through the room. Psycroptic finished their set with Ob(Servant), The Watcher of All and Enslavement it was a brutal set that blew your eardrums, but made you remember why you love this extreme band.

Obituary came on stage and the crowd cheered as they knew they would hear a unique music that would send the mosh pit into a frenzy. Obituary opened their set with Redneck Stomp, Sentence Day, A Lesson in Vengeance, Visions in My Head and The Wrong Time which filled the room with thick rhythm guitar tones and chunky riffs.

The drums were crushing and Obituary continued to play Barely Alive, Slow Death, Find the Arise, My Will to Live and Chopped in Half / Turned Inside Out The heavy guitar solos and vocals that altered between imposing shrieks and growls filled the room, and the crowd surfers were coming over the barrier in true metal fashion, with their metal horns raised in the air.

As Obituary played their last songs War, Dying of Everything, I'm In Pain and Slowly We Rot it showcased their guitar skills as their riffs collided. The crushing bass guitar riffs were mindblowing and the crazy breakdowns were insane.
