TM - Hi, this is Amelia and Elizabeth from Twinmusix and we are here with Elias from Nonpoint. Thank you for having this interview with us today, we appreciate it.
ES - Thanks for having me.
TM - How was your European tour?
ES - It was wonderful and we loved being out with Lacuna Coil. We made some amazing friends and saw some amazing places. We were discovered by a new onslaught of fans and it was an amazing trip.
TM - What can fans expect from your Australian tour?
ES - A lot of travelling in the same type of fashion. We are going to hit the cities and walk around town until showtime. We are putting on the new show that we have. I think fans will be interested in that. We are coming out and playing some of our old music and giving them a lot more bang for their Buck. We will try and squeeze in as much music as possible and try to give them what they came to see.
TM - Can you give us any hints about the setlist?
ES - We are going to try and add some Melodies to our set list. We are coming off the heels of this anniversary year where we got to put a lot of songs together. A lot of fans gravitated towards it and they got to hear songs that they normally don't get to hear. Hopefully we can bring some of that to Australia.
TM - What Is your favourite song to play live?
ES - For the anniversary stuff it was "The Shortest Ending", that song came out swinging. We also played "To the Pain", and fans got the chance to hear it and absorb it, it was a really fun song to play live.
TM - What's your favourite memory playing in Australia?
ES - Running into some people at the Soundwave Festival shows. We would venture out into the city just before these shows and we would normally get the chance to run into some of our fans because they were normally strolling around. A lot of magical moments where when people were waiting to see us but didn't expect us to be strolling past them.
TM - If you could have three bands headline a festival who would you choose?
ES - I would probably choose Deftones the first night and then Korn the second night and Limp Bizkit the third night. Trickling down from there I would put System of a Down in. I feel like that was the era of creating that garage feel and things weren't so perfect but they definitely slammed.
TM - If you could have any band play one of your songs what band would it be, what song would it be and would it be in your style or their style?
ES - If I could have any band play one of our songs I would have Rage Against The Machine play one of our songs. There is a new song that we are about to drop and I would love to hear them take a crack at that.
TM - Who was the first band or Artist you saw live, and can you tell us a story?
ES - Korn it was a pretty monumental show. At the time, I was just dipping my toe into playing in the local scene, and I fell in love with Korn. I listened to the first two records, and I finally got to see them live on the "Life Is Peachy" Run. It was one of those moments that inspired me to up my game. They set a bar, and I felt like I could get to where those guys were. I was pretty determined to get there, and we hit the gas.
TM - Who inspired you to play live?
ES - I think being in musical theatre and show choir at the end of my high school run Inspired me.
TM - Are you working on any new music?
ES - We are finishing up some songs and looking to drop up some stuff in the new year.
TM- Is there anything else you want to say to your fans?

ES - Hopefully you can get out to these shows in Australia. We want to continue revisiting and we want to get over there and do some headline shows where we can play a little bit more music. Make sure you get on our socials and follow us so we can make you guys part of our headline routes.
TM - Thank you for having this interview with us today.
ES - Thank you
