TM - Hi, this is Amelia and Elizabeth from Twinmusix, and we are here with Edwin Premberg from Metalite. Thank you for having this interview with us today, we appreciate it.

TM - What can fans expect from your new album "Discovery"?
EP - Fans can expect the same Metalite Energy they always get. There is a small difference in the sound, I think this album will be a bit heavier, and we have more guitars. Fans can expect some good music.
TM - What was your writing and recording process for your new album "Discovery"?
EP - It took a year to write our album from scratch. It took a long time, with all the pre-production, recording, mixing and mastering. We also did some videos, and the artwork for the album cover.
TM - Who designed your album cover for "Discovery" and what is the meaning behind it?
EP - The Album cover is of Erica Ohlsson who put a flag on a new planet. In the background, there is some reference to some of these songs. Jan Yrlund designed the album cover. He is a good man, and he has done all our artwork for every album.
TM - How did you come up with your video for "Echoes Of You"?
EP - We wanted to do something different. We had never released a ballad before, and wanted to see how fans reacted. The lyrics are about someone missing a boyfriend who is somewhere else, and it was recorded at a studio here in Sweden.
TM - If you could have any band play one of your songs, what band would you choose, what song would you choose, and would it be in your style or their style?
EP - I would like "Stratovarius" playing one of our songs. It would be great to hear them play one of our songs.
TM - Who was the first band or Artist you saw live, and can you tell us a story?
EP - That was a long time ago. I would say Bon Jovi and the Foo Fighters. They had a really big impact on me because of their melodies. I really liked the atmosphere around these rock bands, and wanted to be a rockstar and be on stage that was my dream as a kid.
TM - If you could go back in a time machine, who would you see live?
EP - I would go back and see Sonata Arctica playing the "Ecliptica" Album. That is one of my favourite albums. I would also go back and see Stratovarius. They are both Finnish power metal bands.
TM - Can you tell us a story about playing live?
EP - I was playing a show, and the click and the backtrack just turned off. The drummer was just trying to wave to the monitor guys on stage, and it was a huge stage. Then the drummer started to run towards the monitor guy, it was funny to see that. Then he got his click back in his ear and everything went fine.
TM - What is your favourite festival you have played?
EP - Sweden Rock festival in Sweden, is one of my favourite festivals. I have played Sweden Rock, and it has great Logistics and great people to work with. It is a all around great festival. I think we had our best festival there last year, the audiences were massive, and the weather was great.
TM - Are there any festivals you want to play?
EP - Download Festival, Waken open air or summer breeze festival.
TM - Is there anything else you want to say to your fans?
EP - We are playing a lot of shows around Europe, so come and check us out. Hopefully one day soon we can come to Australia and Japan to play live.
