Twinmusix talk to Hanno from Mantar about their new album and more... Read what they had to say here:

What can fans expect from your new album The Modern Art Of Setting Ablaze?

well first of all if you like the band before you can expect the same as the first two records and you wont be disappointed but if it the first time you have listened to our music you can expect a very violent raw Display of Power.

What was your writing and recording process for The Modern Art Of Setting Ablaze?

we have been touring for the last 4 years almost constantly therefore we had to give each other space in order to be creative and when we're not on tour since we live in different places we have time to be creative and then we get together and make songs out of what we have written.

How did you come up with your album cover for The Modern Art Of Setting Ablaze?

It's an old piece of part that hangs 60 miles outside of our city in Germany that was nade in the 30'S.

What gear do you use on stage compared to in the studio?

Esp Guitars with a longer neck played through bass amplifiers, Yamaha drums.

What's your favourite thing about touring?

I like seeing countries ive never seen before, last week i went to Iceland and it looked like Lord Of The Rings it was pretty cool.

What's your favourite memory from playing Waken?

I love Waken open air because people from all over the world meet there.

If you could have any band play one of your songs which band would it be which song and in your style or theirs?

Sabaton playing one of our songs.

If you could pick any song title as a Biography title for your band what would it be?

Age of the Absurd.

You have a super raw Nirvana sound did you draw influence on them?

yes we grew up listening to them and it had a major influence on us.

Anything else you want to announce to your fans ?

We will be to Australia as soon as its the right time.
