Twinmusix talk to Ben from Lethal Vendetta about their tour, New Album and more

What can fans expect from your new album "No prisoners, No Mercy"?

 A lot of mixed genres,  there is a lot of thrash metal elements, groove metal, classic metal and the heavier side of metal.

What can fans expect from your tour with Destruction?

A very high energy performance.

How did you come up with your album cover for "No Prisoners, No Mercy"?

 We thought of the idea of a deserted old prison cell, the gate was ripped off and the shackles were left behind.

 What was the recording and writing process on your new album no prisoners No Mercy?

Writing Process

There are a lot of the riffs on this album, Liam and i came up with and then we worked on them together in the studio to turn them into songs. We played the songs live quite a few times before we decided to put them on the album.

Recording Process

We went for an old school analogue approach no click tracks we just played the songs right through from start to finish.

You brought out "Liar's Dice" recently how did you figure out you wanted to that to be your new single off your new album?

 Liar's Dice is the song we normally open with it has high energy and it gets our album off to a quick start.

 What equipment do you use on stage compared to what you use in the studio?

pretty much identical, Tama granstar drum set, Peavey 6505 tube head.

If you could have any band play one of your songs which band would it be, which song and in your style or theirs?

 Testament playing A Raising Hate

How did you come up with your band name?

We were sitting around having beers one night and throwing around ideas and came up with lethal Vendetta.

If you had to take one song off your set list and replace it with a song from a different band what would you choose and why?

 I would take off race is only a name and replace it with Megadeth song Holy Wars.

How did you get found by Triple J Unearthed?

We sent one of our songs into them.

If you could play any music festival in the world which would you play and why?

Hellfest or waken
