KING PARROT REVIEW

King Parrot, Weedeater, Astrodeath and Choof played at the Manning Bar on Saturday night and we got to watch one hell of a show.

Choof are a Grind-core Band from Melbourne and they kicked off this epic fun filled night with a bang, the infectious guitar beats and Snappy vocals filled the venue. Choof kicked off their set with "Beugeator, Satanico and Yoghurt". As they continued blasting out a solid set we got to listen to "Unit 420, Septic Ritual and Sodomized " and the Catchy Choruses, Unforgettable bass guitar beats and exploding drum beats made the fans jump along.

Next up was Astrodeath, a Stoner metal duo band from Sydney that consists of Yoshi Hausler and Tim Lancken and they crushed it at the Manning Bar. As the duo hit the stage they kicked off their set and the guitar driven madness, over the edge drumming and Crushing Vocals made the crowd put their metal horns in the air. As the guitar lines hooked you in and stuck to your ear drums Astrodeath continued their set with and the energy-fueled performance filled our souls with fire and got us ready for the next band.

The legendary Weedeater is an American stoner and sludge metal band from North Carolina and they rocked out as they Pumped up the audience with their contemporary metal sound. As they kicked off their set with "Hammer Handle, Mancoon, God Luck and Good Speed and Dirt Merchant" the energetic and powerful vocals and striking drum beats kept the energy pumping throughout the venue and we couldn't wait to see what songs would be delivered next. As they continued their set with "$20 Peanut, Monkey Junction, Gimme Back My Bullets and Weed Monkey" the roaring bass guitars, instrumental breakdowns and Guitar driven bangers brought a new level of metal to our ears and the band brought balls to the wall metal. It got us psyched for the main act.

King Parrot is a Grind-core Band from Melbourne and their grooves are so infectious that it could shred skin. As King Parrot kicked off their intense energetic set with "Get What Ya Given", the mosh pit opened up and the energetic melodies, made the audience want more. As the vigorous vocals cut the air like a knife and the driving guitars continued King Parrot continued their set with "Anthem of the Advanced Sinner, Disgrace Yourself and Target Pig Elite" and everyone's metal horns were flying high and the ferocious drumming and the gritty bass tones blew us away.

King Parrot continued to capture the audience's attention with "Sun in the Sea, Lawnmower Dog and Bozo", and the band's energy was contagious and the musical talent was equivalent of a fireworks display and we were getting hammered by wicked, thunderous riffs.

The steady riffing that breaks harsh speeds continued as the band played "Need No Saviour, Home Is Where The Gutter Is and Hell Comes Your Way". and the blistering drum work and razor sharp precision of every note proved that King Parrot knows how to rock.

The band continued with "Epileptic Butcher, Psychotherapy and Valium, Dunny Rat and Ten Pounds of Shit in a Five Pound Bag" and every track delivered a jaw-dropping moment that can't be described unless you are in the venue. The rigorousness of the performance was insanely mind blowing. King Parrot finished off their set with "Shit on the Liver and Fuck You and the Horse You Rode In On" and everyone was singing and rocking out.

King Parrot, Weedeater, Astrodeath and Choof delivered their own unique sets to the venue and it was a perfect night out at an epic venue.
