Last night, it felt like we went back to the 90's at the Enmore theatre to watch Greenhouse and Happy Mondays live. They played party hard hits, with every song having the potential to be a single.

Greenhouse opened the set with 'Overflow, god like, here I am, See Saw and Home Again'. The energy from the band spread through the room and made the crowd groove to the beat. The lush vocals filled the venue and the band showcased their guitar skills, as the riffs collided gloriously with an old stomping soul rhythm.

Next up was Happy Mondays, as they walked on stage their smiles were contagious and their songs came to life. As Happy Mondays played 'Kinky Afro, God's Cop, Donovan and Dennis and Lois' the songs were catchy and punchy, and they brought rock and roll rhythms that made you want to dance the night away. The band shared their love of funk and rhythm and the crowd sang their hearts out.

Happy Mondays continued their set with 'Loose Fit, Mad Cyril, Trat Trat and Race On' and Rowetta stole the show with her incredible voice. Bez brought a lot of energy to the stage as he was shaking his maracas around and engaging with the audience.

As Shaun Ryder continued to belt out 'Bob's your Uncle, Hallelujah, 24 Hour Party People, Step On and Wrote For Luck' the hits filled the room and Shaun showcased that he is a genius front man, and that he can deliver big choruses and vocal clarity. The grooves could not be resisted and the guitar hooks were on point.

The Happy Mondays definitely sent the crowd away from the enmore theatre on a high, so they could continue their weekend in true style. The Happy Mondays delivered a great setlist and an intense performance. It was great to see them play all the classics at this epic once in a lifetime concert at the Enmore theatre.
