Twinmusix talk to Hanna J about  Halloween Hysteria and more

 

TM - What expect from your set from Halloween Hysteria?

 

HJ - I am bringing my full band that we have a four piece band it's going to be harmonies and guitars.

 

TM - How did you pick your songs for your setlist?

 

HJ - We are doing a bunch of newer and older songs with the band.

 

TM - How to this band come about what's the story?

 

HJ - I have been on my own since 2013 i

move to Melbourne last year and that's when I ask people to join me to make a band I've got my friend Tony Stevie and Jake playing with me.

 

 TM - What was your writing and recording process for your album?

 

HJ - It was interesting because alot of songs that I have had for a while I just wanted to court record them with these arrangements properly.

 

TM - Who designed your album cover can you tell us the meaning behind it?

 

HJ - My friend Bianca made it, I have always loved her artwork this EP was emotional for me it was a monster look into it the mirror but the reflection is really who you are was my idea behind it.

 

TM - What and who inspires you to play music?

 

HJ - It is weird, I have been writing ever since I could remember when i was in I was in kindy I was coming up with music in my head I don't really write it just comes to me.

 

TM - What advice would you give to wemon who want to join the music industry?

 

HJ - Play it if you love it and don't let your gender hold you back and change how good you are if you love it run with it?

TM - If you could collaborate with any artist who would it be and why?

 

HJ - honestly I'd love to collaborate with

Tamara Don from Hits.

 

TM - What is your favorite memory with your fans?

 

HJ - He played at maddies laundromat in Adelaide they fillup the washing machines of ice and put little acoustic shows on in there. Some well Dressed Men walked past and came back with a bottle of wine and was like that's for you well done yeah it was really funny. 

 

TM - Do you prefer playing large shows or small shows?

 

HJ - I prefer small intimate shows 

 

TM - Anything else you'd like to announce to your fans?

 

HJ - Thank you for your support is being really touching.
