CoreLeoni  - Leo Leoni

TM - Hi, this is Amelia and Elizabeth from Twinmusix, and we are here with Leo Leoni from CoreLeoni. Thank you for having this interview with us today we appreciate it.

LL - Thank you.

TM - What can fans expect from your new album "Generection"?

LL - Fans can expect a rock and roll album, with a vintage rock sound. There will be a lot of positive vibes, and a lot of energy.

TM - What is your favourite song on your new album "Generection"?

LL - I would pick our track "Generation Rock". It is our first single, and I was part of the Generation that was born listening to Rock Music, and I will listen to it forever. Hopefully the next generation will listen to rock and roll and the generation after that.

TM - How did you come up with your video for "Generation Rock"?

LL - My kid was playing around in the studio, and then my kid started singing, and we recorded it. I said That's the next generation right there. The video goes between the kid and Grown ups and we have the dad that is worried about the kid and the mum that brings the kid a guitar.

TM - What was your writing and recording process for "Generation Rock"?

LL - We got the band together and came up with some ideas, and the best ideas made it. We have some songs to work on for the next album. We got together, we jammed a song, and we recorded it. Everyone put their soul into the recording process, and that's how we got our songs.

TM - Who designed your album cover for "Generation"?

LL - "Ekaterina Bosova", my wife, designed our album cover. She is a graphic designer, it is our Logo with two lions, and they look like they are coming alive.

TM - What can fans expect from your Tour with Tyketto?

LL - I think it is going to be nice. There is going to be a lot of energy and a lot of melodies. We just played on a couple of festivals together in Spain and Sweden, and they sound great and are in shape. They have an amazing singer, and two different genres are playing together. It will be a great package, and it will be an energetic rock and roll evening.

TM - If you could have any band play one of your songs, what band would you choose what song would you choose, and would it be in your style or their style?

LL - We covered Jumpin Jack Flash by The Rolling Stones. It would be nice to hear The Rolling Stones cover a version of one of our songs.

TM - Can you tell us a story about a band or Artist you saw live?

LL - I saw AC/DC with Van Halen and Mötley Crüe. I think it was in 1984 or 1985, and it was a culture shock. Before that was local bands, so most of the Rock and Roll was from the records.

TM - If you could go back in a time machine, who would you see live?

LL - I would love to go back in time and see The Beatles. Even though if you went back in time and saw them in a big Stadium. You wouldn't be able to hear them, because the audience would be so loud.  When they played their final performance, it was an unannounced show on the rooftop of their Apple Corps headquarters at 3 Savile Row in central London.

TM - Is there anything else you want to say to your fans?

LL - Thank you for supporting us over the last 30 years; it is an accomplishment I am very proud of.

TM - Thank you for having this interview with us today we appreciate it.

LL - Thank you for having me.
