TM- What can fans expect from your new album Hexenhammer?
L- We hope our fans will like it because we added more elements to it. We added speed, its hard to compare to the first album
TM- What was your writing and recording process for Hexenhammer?
L- UsuallySeraina and Romana are in charge of making the music in the band room and we add the drums. When we record we change parts of the song if we don't like it.
TM- How did you come up with your Album cover for Hexenhammer?
L- We are in to witches, so we thought about having the history of witches on the cover. We choose this album cover because malleus maleficarum is a famous and interesting book, it stands for prosecution and condemning torture and you have a huge respect for these people. we are not guilty but persecuted and I think this album will help the younger generation be aware of our past history.
TM- What brands and model numbers of instruments do you use?
L- Romana uses Jacksons Guitars, Jay uses a Fender, Seraina uses shure microphones and I use either Premier or Pearl Drums
TM- If you could have any band play one of your songs which band would it be which song and in your style or theirs?
L- Judas Priest playing Hexenhammer or Iron Maiden playing Maiden of Steel
TM- How did you come to get signed by Nuclear Blast?
L- At first it was our dream to be signed with a big record label, the ladies captured their attention and it's really nice to happen to us because that wasn't expected.
TM- What made you want to do a lyric video for your new song Executed?
L- I think executed is a good promo for our upcoming album because it has the speed metal elements and melodic harmonious guitar and it is as fast as lt and Aggressive.
TM- You have been on our lot what's your favourite tour memory?
L- We had a good time in Spain and the crowds are really good over there, That was our first mosh pit. Another good festival was bang your head, we played in the afternoon and didn't expect people to watch us but there was a massive crowd and we got alot of interest from the audience.
TM- What is your favourite memory of watching a different band play?
L- We got to watch Exodus at bang your head festival, it has always been a dream of mine so it is a dream come true. I use
to just listen to them, and now we're playing on the same bills as them, its awesome.
TM- You worked with Schirmer from destruction on your new album what was it like working with him?
L- Schirmer been with us science day one of our album because he is good friends with Romana. Then Romana had this dream of having a all female band and Schirmer said we should do it, and he will help us and guide us, so science then he has been a really good friend.
TM- You work with V.O. at little creek studio on your new album how was that experience?
L- We worked with him on the first album and he knows what's good. If he need to change something he also helps with that and Schirmer is also there we have a good family here and we are great full for them.
TM- If you could choose one of your songs that's a biography title for your band what would it be and why?
L- Maiden of Steel because we are an all female band and we are playing heavy metal from deep in our hearts.
TM- Anything else you want to announce to your fans?
L- We love fans coming to our heavy metal shows and we hope our fans will like the new album because if you like our first album you're like this one.
TM- Thank you for talking to us today, we really appreciate it.
