We will get to see Stephen Christian on Vocals and Guitar, Deon Rexroat on Bass, Joseph Milligan on Guitar, Nathan Young on Drums and Christian McAlhaney on Guitar rock out in Australia. Hopefully this will be the start of somthing new and exciting.

We got to speak to Nathan Young from Anberlin about their upcoming tour and more.

TM - Hi Nate, Thank you for taking this call with me today. I am Amelia from Twinmusix.

NY - Thank You for the interview.

TM - What can fans expect from your Australian tour?

NY - We are really excited to play a bunch of songs that people care about.

TM - You are playing songs from your albums "Never Take Friendship Personal and Cities" what made you choose these two albums?

NY - We have toured so many times with those two albums. I felt like we should perform the songs that people really connected with.

TM - That is cool, I am sure your fans will enjoy that.

TM - What are you looking forward to doing in Australia?

NY - Melbourne is my favourite city with its food, wine, beer, and coffee. I am looking forward to hitting the city and experiencing that across the board.

TM - You started touring at 15 years old, what was the biggest challenge of touring at such a young age?

NY - School work and playing shows at the same time. Trying to balance everything with tuff.

TM - what was the biggest thing you learned from touring at such a young age?

NY - You were just thrown into everything learning how to adapt and meet new people and how to grow as a human.

TM - You toured with Smashing Pumpkins, what is your favourite memory of touring with them?

NY - When we got the call to play with them, we couldn't believe it. Meeting Billy Corgan was an amazing experience it was definitely living up to what I hoped it would be.

TM - That is cool, what an experience.

TM - You broke up in 2014, what made you want to get back together for this Australian tour?

NY - We hit that spot and rekindled some relationships in June last year. We played two shows at the end of last year and we just wanted to have fun and play some more shows.

TM - What do you miss most about touring?

NY - I miss going to new places and being able to travel around.

TM - You played with Underoath last year, how did this come about?

NY - Tim is my brother-in-law and we're business partners. It was brought up to us and we said why not. It was a while since I last show and we just thought it would be fun.

TM - What can we expect next from you?

NY - We are playing some shows around the United States, but these shows are just for fun. We get to go on stage and enjoy our time together.

TM - what is your favourite memory of watching another band perform live?

NY - I saw Jimmy Eat World and it was one of my favourite shows. I love their song as they are amazing. Jimmy Eat World always sticks out in the back of my mind.

TM - If you could have any bands play one of your songs which band would it be, which song would it be and would it be in your style or their Style?

NY - Don Broncho playing one of our songs in their style.

TM - If you could collaborate with any artist who would it be and why?

NY - Third Eye Blind is one of my favourite bands and he is such a genius at mixing.

TM - What advice would you give to any up and coming bands?

NY - Find your song and don't be afraid to take your time on finding your style. Try to find something that everyone else will like.

TM - What is one of your favourite memories from touring?

NY - I will never forget the time we went to Singapore, and I thought there were only going to be 50 people at the gig. I thought to myself if there are 50 people it would be mind-blowing. We walked out on stage there were thousands of people, it was mind-boggling. We couldn't stop smiling on stage and it was insane as there were so many people.

TM - Is there anything else you would like to say to your fans?

N - Thank You so much. The fact that we have been gone for five years and still have people that care is amazing.

TM- Thank you for the Interview today and we cannot wait to see you in Australia.
