La Dispute has a firm passion for the concept of music and art as a medium for making new friends. As aresult, La Dispute makes (or strives to make) music that is both artistically, technically,

and emotionally engaging. La Dispute also carries a firm passion for the relevance of a live show, both for the bands involved and for the people in attendance, and will go to the grave believing that the environment created when strangers come together despite their differences to celebrate one important thing is invaluable and should not under any circumstances be taken for granted. They'll be performing two headline sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney.

THE WONDER YEARS
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS BOSTON MANOR

THURSDAY 6 DECEMBER -
STAY GOLD, MELBOURNE (18+)
WITH JUST ABOUT DONE

MONDAY 10 DECEMBER -
OXFORD ART FACTORY, SYDNEY (18+)
WITH ZEN HAIRCUTS

Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, The Wonder Years are a band made up of old friends, playing rock & roll music and they play itlike they mean it. They write songs about love, loved ones and a city - that could be the city

you live in or a neighbourhood that feels like it could be your neighbourhood. Their back catalogue is loved by critics and even more loved by fans. Their shows are awash with a genuine emotional energy and catch them perform two headline sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney with Blackpool's Boston Manor as special Guests.

This will mark the first trip to Australia for Boston Manor. Their second album, Welcome To The Neighbourhood, produced by Mike Sapone (Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade, Public Enemy) is a soundtrack to disenfranchisement set in a fictionalised version of the band’s hometown. It inhabits an unapologetically bleak one, a world rife with poverty and drug addiction, boarded up shops and a population unable to escape a predicament they didn’t even know they were in.

WATERPARKS
ANNOUNCE NEW SIDESHOWS

Waterparks, the Houston trio have kept it real and catapulted to international renown as a result of a signature style that seamlessly slips-n-slides between rock, pop, and alternative. Waterparks, who are appearing at Good Things Festival have announced they will be performing two headline all ages sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne

Their full-length debut, Double Dare, earned a rare 4.5-out-of-5 star rating from Alternative Press and spawned the hit “Stupid For You,” which generated over 4.6 million Spotify streams and counting.

On the road, they tore up venues everywhere alongside All Time Low, Good Charlotte, Sleeping With Sirens, State Champs and more in addition to selling out their first UK jaunt and 14-out-of- 23 dates on a US co-headliner. Among various accolades, Awsten graced the cover of Alternative Press for the Warped Tour issue, and the entire band covered Rock Sound. Not only did they play the Alternative Press Music Awards, but they took home the award for “Breakthrough Artist” and garnered “Best International Newcomer” from Rock Sound. In the middle of this whirlwind, they hunkered down and created Entertainment.
